Customer Reviews
Another good rug purchase
This was my third order from Rugs Direct 2U. I needed a new bedroom rug, a thick pile one, and decided to come back here because my previous experiences have been consistent. The website is familiar now, so finding what I wanted was quick. Delivery was about the same as before, around 5-6 days. The rug quality is reliable; it's soft and exactly what I expected. They've always been a solid choice for rugs, no complaints here.
Nice rug, minor delay
I purchased a contemporary rug for my living room. The selection was pretty extensive, and I found a good match for my decor. The price was reasonable, especially with the free delivery. The rug arrived well-packaged and was exactly as pictured online. My only small gripe was that the delivery tracker didn't update for a couple of days after dispatch, which made me a little antsy. But it did show up eventually, taking 6 days from order to my doorstep. Customer service was polite when I called about the tracking. Good value overall.
Got a great deal
Needed a new rug for the kids' room and found a cool kids rug on their site. It was on sale, which was perfect. Super easy to order, like just a few clicks. It got here pretty fast too, took about a week. Looks great in the room and the kid loves it. Happy with how it all went.
Decent price for a new rug
I was looking for a good deal on a new kitchen rug and found one during their seasonal sale. I signed up for the newsletter and got a small discount on top of the sale price, which was a nice bonus. The shipping was free, which definitely factored into my decision. The rug is a plain, low pile one, exactly what I needed for the kitchen, and it seems durable. It felt like I got good value for my money, and the whole process was simple enough.
Love my new hallway runner!
I just got my new hallway runner and it's perfect! The colors are so vibrant and it really brightens up the space. The ordering was super quick and easy, and it arrived faster than I expected, only 4 days to California! I'm so happy with it, it looks amazing. I'll definitely be buying more rugs from here!
Good rug, delivery took a while
I ordered a large area rug, a geometric pattern, on a Sunday. The website was easy enough to navigate, and the checkout process was straightforward. I received an order confirmation email immediately. Delivery took 8 days to reach my home in Texas, which felt a bit long, but it was free, so I can't complain too much. The rug itself is good quality for the price I paid; the colors are true to the website images. It unrolled flat within a day. I did have a quick question about cleaning instructions, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with helpful advice. Overall, a solid purchase.

Hey, thinking of grabbing a rug for my living room, probably one of the bigger ones. How long does shipping usually take to, say, Miami?
